Now go to the project of the XML Preset and copy the Effect and come to your Editing project and Paste the effect.

Now you have to Paste the same effect in all images.

Then click on the image layer that has a little more length and goes to the effect of that image and add the Glow Scan effect by clicking on the Add Effect.
